2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian's consent.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for all activity under it.
• You sign in via Google. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
• You may not share your account, resell access, or use the service on behalf of others commercially without a Team licence.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Frisbee Track offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier.

• Free trial: New Pro subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the selected plan price.
• Billing: Pro is billed monthly (AUD $9/month) or annually (AUD $69/year), charged in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices include GST where applicable.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from within the app or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Pro access until[...]

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to harm others
• Circumvent access controls, paywalls, or security features
• Attempt to access data belonging to other users
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content, drill diagrams, GPS benchmark data, or AI prescription outputs without written permission
• Reverse-engineer the app or its underlying benchmarks
• Use the service to train a competing AI model or product

6. Your content and data
