This Privacy Policy explains how Dylan Bennett trading as Dylan Bennett Sport Performance (DBSP) collects, uses, and protects personal information across two products:
- DBSP The coaching and content business at dbsportperformance.com, including the coaching enquiry form and free guide email capture.
- Frisbee Track The GPS training load monitoring app at frisbeetrack.app, including the web app, subscription system, and AI features.
By using either product you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Who we are

What we collect
DBSP site
- Free guide signups: first name and email address.
- Coaching enquiries: full name, email address, playing level, and a description of your training goals.
Frisbee Track
- Account data: name and email address via Google OAuth sign-in.
- Date of birth: collected at signup for age verification purposes. Users under 16 are not permitted.
- Training data: GPS metrics, session load data, and training history that you log in the app.
- Subscription and payment data: subscription tier, billing status, and payment processing handled by Stripe. We do not store card details.
- Promo code usage: whether a promotional code has been redeemed against your account.
- AI interaction data: session data submitted to the AI prescription feature for analysis. This is processed via Google Gemini and is not stored beyond your session.
How we use your data
- To deliver the free guide to your inbox.
- To respond to coaching enquiries and, if we work together, to deliver your coaching program.
- To provide access to Frisbee Track and manage your subscription.
- To verify your age and manage parental consent where required.
- To generate AI-powered training prescriptions based on your session data.
- To process payments and manage billing via Stripe.
- To send transactional emails (guide delivery, welcome emails, billing notifications) via Resend.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate our products. Each has its own privacy policy.

We share only the minimum personal information necessary for each service to function.
Data retention
- Guide signups and coaching enquiries are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion.
- Frisbee Track account and training data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days.
- Payment records are retained as required by Australian financial record-keeping obligations (generally 5 years).
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (for example, unsubscribing from emails).

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), JWT-based authentication, and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify you promptly in the event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm.
Cookies & local storage
The DBSP website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Frisbee Track uses browser local storage to maintain your session state. We do not use advertising trackers.
Children
Our services are not intended for users under 16. Frisbee Track requires date-of-birth verification at signup and will not permit access to users under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16, and will delete any such data if discovered.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
