Refund Policy
Effective 20 April 2026
This Policy explains when and how refunds are provided for Frisbee Track Pro subscriptions. It sits alongside, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Free trial
New Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial and no payment will be taken. There is nothing to refund for a cancelled trial.
2. Cancellations
- You can cancel at any time from within the app (upgrade modal → "Cancel subscription") or by emailing dbsportperformance@gmail.com.
- Cancellation stops future billing. You retain Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Cancellation is effective from the end of the current billing period, not immediately. This is standard SaaS practice.
3. Refunds we will give
We will refund you in full if:
- You were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge, charged after you cancelled, charged after a failed signup)
- The service was substantially unavailable for an extended period (e.g. more than 7 consecutive days of outage) and you could not reasonably use your subscription
- You paid for an annual subscription and request a refund within 14 days of the initial charge and you have not made extensive use of Pro features in that period
- The service fails to meet one of the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded (see below)
4. Refunds we generally won't give
- Monthly subscriptions — once the billing period has started, we do not refund a partial month. Cancel to stop the next charge.
- Change of mind after you have used Pro features for more than a short period
- Forgetting to cancel before renewal, if the service was working normally — but contact us anyway; we'll consider it case by case
- Annual subscriptions more than 14 days after the charge (you will keep access until the end of the annual period and can cancel future renewal)
5. How to request a refund
Email dbsportperformance@gmail.com with:
- The email address on your account
- Date of the charge
- Reason for the refund request
We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major service failure. You are also entitled to have services remedied if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this Policy limits those rights.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a concern, please contact us first — we'd rather resolve it directly. Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
