4. Who we share it with

We use third-party services ("processors") to run the app. These services act on our instructions and are bound by their own privacy commitments:

• Account and training data: while your account is active, and for 30 days after you delete your account (to allow recovery of accidental deletion)
• Billing records: 7 years from the end of the financial year, as required by Australian tax law
• Email logs and system logs: typically 30–90 days

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date
• Delete your account and associated data (email us to request this)
• Export your training data (email us and we will provide it as JSON)
• Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in each email
